This website can be used without providing any personal data: you can browse every page without registering, and no data is required beyond what your browser transmits technically. We only store your language preference (DE/EN) and the confirmation of the privacy notice locally in your browser (local storage), so the site opens in your chosen language. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us and can be deleted at any time in your browser settings.

The support assistant on this website is powered by an external AI service. Your message is transmitted to that provider for the sole purpose of generating a reply and processed there for that purpose. Please do not enter any sensitive personal data (e.g. health data, payment details or passwords) into the chat. If you would rather not use the assistant, simply contact us by email.
